Far too long
It’s been far too long since I put anything here besides pictures. The daily grind of work tends to keep me from having things to talk about, I guess.
I still don’t have much to say at the moment. We’re less than 2 months away from coming home, now. I’m trying to make up a list of things I’ve gotta do when I get home:
- Finish cleaning the garage
- Drink beer
- Instill 6 months’ worth of “Da-da” into my daughter, so MAYBE I can still have that as her first word… maybe…
- Find cheap tickets to visit my family for thanksgiving or christmas (probably thanksgiving)
- Drink more beer
- I’m going to re-install the “rotating pictures” in the header. I wanted to do this when I came home… no, wait, I didn’t. I just installed this theme when I came home last. I need to tweak it quite a bit.
- Figure out how to save the world. This will involve beer, I think. Enough of it, and everyone will be happy. Till the next morning. Then we’ll need more beer.
- Play Mario Kart (Gamecube). There’s lots of stuff I need to unlock.
And late night feedings, and early morning feedings, and changing poopy diapers, and wiping up spit-up, and giving baths, etc…
Most importantly though, you are required to give lots of hugs and kisses. =)

No, that was MY doing; I explained to Emma that Mimi was a French word, and that we spoke English in the house.
I’ll teach her Mimi later this year, though. Promise.
Hey hun, just a suggestion about that list. If I were you, I’d have at least five (or more) beers well before you tackle THAT garage! I’ve seen it
