Spamhaus, arguably the most famouse spam-trackers on the planet, were sued by a spammer in the US. As spamhaus failed to bother to show (as they’re British), the spammer won a default judgement of 11.7 million. They’re FINALLY off the hook for that. American justice is weird like that.

Here’s bad news for some: Apple has decided to drop NBC from the iTunes music store, due to NBC wanting to double their asking price to carry episodes and wanting more restrictive DRM.
