We stopped 3 times in Dubai — March, April, and May. The first time, the weather was mild. Coincidentally, the first stop was right around the time of the Dubai Ports World fiasco. The last time (May), the weather was quite miserable.

We start with leaving Singapore… the ship JUST left “COD range” (the range where our delivery planes can safely fly) when an emergency hit — so I had to stick around until we actually hit the middle east before I could come home.

Brisbane
