2008’s new laws

I found out about new California laws that went into effect yesterday.  Interesting stuff:

It is now illegal to smoke in your car, if people under 18 are present.  Now, I’m all for the reduction of health risks that this intends, but come on… this is the very definition of “nanny state.”
