It’s that time again.
I got an official evaluation (FINALLY) from the school I’ve been attending. I have enough credits right now to receive an Associate in Science. So, my options are:

Take 1 more course, satisfying the school’s “residency” requirements, having my job pay the tuition for the course, and then ponying up $85 [...]

Tennessee lost the SEC championship 21-14.  Leave it to me to talk about the game beforehand, jinxing them.  Things were going well until the last two possessions, where Ainge:

Threw an interception that was returned for the winning touchdown, and
Threw an interception that would have otherwise tied the game.

Tennessee played beautifully up to that point, maintaining [...]

It’s been a long time since I wrote about My Beloved Volunteers. This is somewhat intentional, as I’ve had no desire to jinx the season. The season being nearly over, however, I don’t see the harm anymore.
This has been one hell of a college football season. Tennessee has beaten, nay CURBSTOMPED impossible [...]

I’m still waiting to hear back on grades for the final exam [...]

7 weeks into it. (Jeez!)
In math, I’ve been doing quite well. I’ve kept up with all my assignments, and until the day after the end of the Sopranos I had a 100 average. Tony’s murder has haunted me, though; I got a 90 in the last weekly quiz, followed by a 98 [...]

I is a college student

Holy crap. For the first time since the spring of 1990, I am officially enrolled in college.
I’m not sure how to describe what I’m feeling. It’s a ton of excitement with a bit of impatience (term starts May 5) and apprehension. Apprehension will ease as the term starts and I remember how [...]
